Lola Starr

Lola Starr always wanted to be big in Hollywood, but the farthest she ever made it was the top floor of an office building as an assistant to somebody who was small time in the film business – a location scout. She still lives in Southern California, but no longer deals with the hustle and bustle of show business. She is a typical soccer mom to three beautiful children and wife to a carpenter. While left alone in peace for most of the day, she is a writer.

In her stories, Lola finds creative ways to twist in some of her experience from show business as well as mixing in her dreams and fantasies of what that life was supposed to be like. Her stories are part day dream, part true… half her and half the woman she wished she had gotten to be. They are the perfect escape for those wanting the life less traveled.

When not writing or being supermom, she is an avid biker. Lola estimates that she covers over a hundred miles of California’s beaches, deserts, and busy streets every week. She claims the fresh air and the time away to herself frees her mind to help focus on the stories that she wants to tell.
